This is a place where all kinds of people come to heal and create a new path in life. Research shows that success in therapy is largely due to your relationship with your therapist. Because of this, expect to come to a warm, relaxing environment where you and I will get to know each other and build a relationship while working through your concerns. This relationship is essential and if it does not happen here, I will help you find this relationship with someone else.
I focus on couples and adult individuals while using a systemic approach. This means that I believe so much of who we are is impacted by our environment, our experiences, and our relationships throughout our life. Even if you come alone, there are still opportunities to work out relationship issues in your life.
